Cash Rental Guidelines

Please review the cash rental guidelines below. If you have any questions, please contact our office and we will be more than happy to assist you.

1. Proof of Employment: Must be able to verify a full-time job you have been employed at for at least SIX MONTHS. You will need to bring your current paycheck stub. The job must be listed in the Memphis Yellow Pages.

2. Age Verification: The renter of a vehicle must be at least 25 years old. Additional drivers are eligible to be added (see below), who are at least 21 years of age. No one under 21 years of age may drive the rental vehicle.

3. License Verification: The license must be a valid state drivers license and readable.

4. Address Verification: Only current Utility Bill, Phone Bill, Cell Phone Bill, or Cable Bill are accepted as proof of address (must be within the last 30 days in the renter’s name).

5. Payment:  Cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Cards are accepted. Debit Cards, Pre-Paid Cards, are treated the same as cash. We do not accept personal checks.

Additional Guidelines:
  - Vehicles kept on Sunday will be charged for that day
  - Additional drivers over age 25 will be charged an additional $5.00 daily
  - Additional drivers under age 25, but over age 21, will be charged an additional $10.00 daily
  - All vehicles returned dirty will be charged a $25.00 clean-up fee
  - All late vehicles will be charged $45.00/day LATE CHARGE in addition to the rental fee
  - All vehicles returned by unauthorized drivers will be charged an additional $45.00
